Seminar: American Literature Prerequisites: Admission to graduate program in Arts and Letters or permission of instructor. More than one author is considered, but the focus is intensive, often concentrating on literature of one region and/or ethnic group: e.g., Southern, Wharton and Chopin, Jewish-American, African-American, Native American. With different content, may be repeated for credit.
