RI: Drug Courts (research intensive title)

This course provides an in-depth examination of the historical and comtemporary use of drug courts in the United States. Using scholarly articles, book chapters., documetaries, guest speaker(s)/interviews and courtroom observations, the course reveals many levels of how drug courts are utilized. Critical thinking and discussion ability are required for the course. When "RI" is in the title, it means this course has a research intensive component.
