Organizational Culture in Criminal Justice Agencies

Course examines organizational culture in criminal justice in terms of the structures, processes, and values shaping employee behavior (including occupational isolation, administrative estrangement, territorial responsibility, and risk-taking). Factors influencing organizational culture are analyzed along with leadership's role in creating and changing it.
